Q.No.1) Define and explain-
(a) “Consolidation”; utility and achievement;
(b) “Public purpose” fir which land can be acquired;
(c) Lease;
(d) Receipt;
(e) Standing Orders of the Fin. Commissioner.
Q.No.2) If a person, whose land has been acquired for a public purpose, is dis- satisfied With the amount of compensation awarded and has not received the award, What remedy is available to him and within what limitation of period? Any Exception to the law? Please explain.
Q.No3) What area the priorities of the charges created on the land of a landowner who Has obtained loan from the Govt. and also financial assistance form a Bank Giving security of his land and who is also a defaulter of the land revenue?
