Q2 To encourage entrepreneurship among the jobless, educated youth of India, one senior minister said “Raising capital for starting and propagating small scale industry is not difficult in India anymore. The central as well as the State government have plenty of financing schemes for small sectors.” Do you agree with the minister’s statement? Justify you answer by explaining the financing schemes of various financial institutions to help entrepreneur.
