About Test Paper

The language medium is English only. The examination is being conducted for all classes from 1st to 12th with the following details.
For Classes 1-2 : There will be 40 questions and the duration will be of 60 Minutes.
For Classes 3-12: There will be 50 questions and the duration will be of 60 Minutes.

Shimla is the capital city of Himachal Pradesh. In 1864, Shimla was declared the summer capital of the British Raj in India. A popular tourist destination, Shimla is often referred to as the “Queen of Hills”. It is located in the north-west Himalayas at an altitude of 2,128 metres (6, 982 ft). The city of Shimla is draped in forests of pine, rhododendron and oak. It experiences pleasant summers and cold,snowy winters. The city is famous for its buildings styled in tudorbethan and neo-gothic architecture, reminiscent of the colonial era. Shimla is also known for the prestigious Bishop Cotton School, which is one of the oldest boarding schools in Asia.
