Instructions :
1. Immediately After The Commencement Of The Examination, You Should Check That This Test Booklet Contains 24 Pages And Does Not Have Any Unprinted Or Torn Or Missing Pages Or Items Etc. If So, Get It Replaced By A Complete Test Booklet.

2. You have to enter your Roll Number on the Test Booklet in the Box provided along with the Space. There are 150 multiple choice objective type questions. DO NOT write anything else on the Test Bookletexcept Rough Pages.

3. There are five sections (I – V) comprising of 150 questions in the test booklet. Each item/ question comprises four responses (answers). You will select the response which you want to mark on the Answer Sheet. In case you feel that there is more than one correct response, mark the response which you consider the best. In any case, choose ONLY ONE response for each question. Each question carries 01 mark.

4. All questions carry equal marks.
5. Before you proceed to mark in the Answer Sheet the response to various items in the Test Booklet, you have to fill in some particulars in the Answer Sheet as per instructions.

6. After you have completed filling in all your responses on the Answer Sheet and the examination has concluded, you should hand over to the Invigilator both the Test Booklet and Answer Sheet.

7. Sheets for rough work are appended in the Test Booklet at the end.
8. More than one response to a multiple choice question shall be counted as zero.
9. Attempting the multiple-choice question by any other method will be considered incorrect.
10. There is no negative marking.

11. The use of unfair means by the candidate will result in cancellation of his/her examination.
12. Mobile phones are not allowed in the examination hall.
13. Use Black/Blue Ball Point Pen to fill OMR sheet and to mark your responses.

The first thing the children wanted to do at the zoo was to ride the elephant. They were frightened as they climbed the ladder to take their seats on the swaying back of the huge beast. Elephants seem awkward creatures as they move along heavily, their legs covered with loose folds of tough skin and their trunk swinging from side to side in search of food or drink. An elephant has great strength in its trunk, and can drag heavy loads with ropes, but it can also use its trunk to pick up small articles such as coins or nuts from the ground.
