I AM 16. I KNOW I CAN APPLY FOR LICENSE FOR MOTORCYCLES BELOW 50CC. BUT MY DOUBT IS THAT CAN I RIDE "ACTIVA 125" WITH LOW SPEED. IF NO MEANS CAN YOU SUGGEST THE NAMES OF SCOOTERS THAT I CAN RIDE?
