Attempt five questions in all. First question of Section-A is compulsory. Select three question from Section-A and two question from Section-B All questions carry equal marks.
SECTION-A
1. (a) Mention the names of Philosophers who hold the following view
(i) Knowledge is virtue and virtue is knowledge.
(ii) Knowledge is conceptual.
(iii) Sensation and reflection are the two sources of all experience.
(iv) Doubt is starting point of my knowledge and not ultimate goal.
(v) Primary and secondary qualities.
(vi) I think, therefore, I exist.
(vii) There are no innate ideas.
(viii) Monads are windowless.
(ix) Substance is that which exists in itself, and is conceived by itself.

8. How does Berkelethe existence of external world- Give arguments.
9. Explain the nature and forms of substance according to Spinoza.
10. Discuss how Hume criticises theory of Causation Explain his views on the relation of cause and effect.
