Q. No.1. a) Explain the procedure and powers of the Disciplinary Committee of State Bar Council in case of misconduct by an Advocate. Marks : 10 OR

b) Mr. A, an Advocate intends to work as agent of LIC and UTI, at his free time. Advise him. Marks : 6 OR
Mr. A made an application for enrollment before the Karnataka State Bar Council, but the same has been refused. Is he eligible for enrollment at other State Bar Councils ?

Discuss as regards to misguiding the court by filing false case by an Advocate in the light of opinions of Disciplinary Committee of Bar Council of India.
b) Mr. C’s Advocate did not inform the progress of his case and also failed to pay proper Court fee. This resulted in rejection of the plaint. Advise C. Marks : 6 OR
Mrs. R. intends to change the Advocate for his case. But that advocate refused to handover the original will. Advise Mrs. R.
