13.Pleasant International Pvt. Ltd. is a leading player in Hotel Industry. They have chain of Hotels in all the metro’s of India and are categorized as 5 star Hotels. Mr.Gupta is the Managing Director managing around 1000 employees of various caders in his Hotel.
Mr. Gupta had found a serious problem among employees i.e. lack of motivation eventhough the salary and perks provided are on par with other Hotels.
