Instructions to the Candidates :

ii) Drawing should be proportionate to the size of the paper.

v) Your drawing should be shaded either in pencil or in watercolour.

You are required to make a drawing of the group of objects as you see them from your seat.
Memory Drawing
2nd Paper :

ii) Small drawings will not be considered.
iii) Neatness carries more marks.
iv) Drawing should be proportionate to the size of the paper.
v) Draw on both sides of the paper.
Draw any two of the following :
1. A peon ringing the school bell 50
2. Cow and the calf 50
3. A woman selling the vegetables 50
4. Children flying kites 50
5. The horse running in the field. 50
Nature & Colour Drawing

iii) No credit will be given to small drawing.

Question :
Draw in pencil, the spray of the flowering plant given to you showing the growth and structural characteristics of the stem, leaves, flowers and buds.
Colour your drawing in watercolour as true to nature as possible.
Show the joints of the stem and leaf, structure of the flower and decorative designs of the main features of the plant separately.
Geometrical, Letter & Scale Drawing
4th Paper :

Instructions to the Candidates :
i) Write your Register Number and Grade clearly.
ii) Neatness carries more marks.
iii) All the construction lines should be retained.
iv) Part ‘B’ is compulsory.
v) Use one sheet for Geometrical Drawing and one sheet for Letter Drawing and Scale Drawing.
PART – A :
Geometrical Drawing :
Attempt any four of the following.
1. Draw 90° angle without using the protractor and divide it into four equal parts. 15
2. Inscribe a square within an isosceles triangle to touch all the three sides. 15
3. Inscribe four equal circles within a square, to touch each other and two sides of the square. 15
4. Draw a common tangent to two equal circles. 15
5. Escribe a circle to touch all the three corners of the given triangle ABC. 15
6. Within an isosceles triangle draw a semicircle to touch all the three sides. 15
PART – B :
1. Construct a scale of 5 cm to represent 1 metre showing centimetres and metres measuring up to 4 metres. 10
N.B. : While showing centimetres in the scale, make divisions of 10 cm each.
2. On the basis of above scale draw a rectangular board measuring 4 m 2 m. On this board, write the following letters either in Roman or in any other Indian script.30
Design & Colour Drawing
5th Paper :
Date : 26. 11. 2014 ] [ Time : 10.30 A.M. to 1.30 P.M.
Max. Marks : 100
Instructions to the Candidates :
i) Write your Register Number and Grade clearly.
ii) You must not have with you any books, notes or papers other than that supplied to you for the use of this Examination.
iii) Tracing paper supplied to you should be attached to your Answer paper.
iv) Neatness carries more marks.
Draw a suitable design for any one of the following :
1. Thermos flask
2. Pillow cover.
The shape and size of the design is up to your discretion, but it should not be too small.
Colour your design suitably.
Geometrical instruments and tracing paper may be used.
Freehand Drawing
6th Paper :
Date : 26. 11. 2014
Time : 2.30 P.M. to 5.00 P.M.
Max. Marks : 100
Instructions to the Candidates :
i) Write your Register Number and Grade clearly.
ii) Drawing should be proportionate to the size of the paper.
iii) Neatness carries more marks.
iv) Tracing paper should not be used and should not be traced by folding the answer paper.
Question :
Enlarge the given drawing and finish it carefully with watercolour as indicated in the diagram.

I want my daughter to appear for a drawing exam, She is in grade 5. Let me know when she can take it and where to register.
